Do I need to have a reservation to go on a tour?Yes. Austin In My Eyes walking street art tours do require a reservation. Contact me by mail or phone.

How should I dress for the tour?I suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing; and comfortable, athletic footwear. I advise that you check the day's weather in advance and prepare accordingly, as the tour runs rain or shine. Weather conditions are capable of fluctuating within a short period of time.

What should I bring for the tour?The following are suggested: - Camera or smartphone - Snacks or bottled beverages - Comfortable attire and shoes appropriate for the day's weather (tour runs rain or shine) - Sunscreen (if summer or sunny) - Smiles!

Are the tours appropriate for children?This tour has no age restrictions, but is recommended for ages 10+. Please consider your child's attention span, and capacity for walking, if you are considering bringing them on the tour. Tours are accessible to strollers.

Do you offer bike tours or scooters?No. Austin In My Eyes street art tours only offers walking tours.

What is your cancellation policy?Austin In My Eyes has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Tours cancelled prior to the 48-hour deadline will be entitled to a full refund. No refund will be given with less than 48 hours’ notice.

What's your meeting point?You will receive an email indicating the time and the meeting point after booking. The meeting point is also noted on the tours description.
